FREE LIFETIME MANUFACTURING JEWELRY WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Amijag offers a Free Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all Amijag fine jewelry.

If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us so we may evaluate your piece. A $50 deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item to Amijag for evaluation, which covers the cost of shipping the item and an evaluation by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage is warrantied.

This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. We also offer complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs. Repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied to this repair. If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the shipping charge back to the customer after evaluation.

If a warranty issue is found, Amijag will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.

Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Amijag will void the warranty. All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure.

Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

Examples of issues that are NOT considered manufacturing defects:

• Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
• Normal wear of precious metals and prongs that requires restoration over time.
• Prongs catching, wearing down, or bending from regular use, allowing a gemstone to become loose.
• Loss of a gemstone resulting from everyday wear or accidental damage.

We also recommend maintaining independent insurance coverage for your jewelry to help protect against significant damage, loss, or theft.

FREE ONE YEAR LIMITED PRE-OWNED WATCH WARRANTY

Duration and Scope of the Limited Warranty

This transferable limited warranty is provided by Amijag, Inc., located at:

This warranty applies to certified pre-owned watches sold through Amijag.com, eBay, Amazon, or other authorized marketplaces within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

The warranty begins on the purchase date and remains valid for one (1) year.

Disclaimer: The manufacturer's warranty may not apply to this product. Amijag disclaims all liability under the manufacturer's warranty.

What is Covered?

The following components are covered and warranted to match the corresponding WatchFacts Report:

• Internal movement mechanisms
• Watch buttons
• Crystal
• Case
• Crown
• Stem

These components are guaranteed to be free from defects not disclosed in the Appraisal Report, Certified Pre-Owned Report, Authenticity Report, or WatchFacts Report.

Verification or Third-Party Repairs

This warranty becomes void if the watch is opened by an unauthorized watchmaker.

If you wish to have your watch independently verified, you may do so at your own risk. Opening the watch may void waterproof protection and any warranty related to improper resealing.

Please have your watchmaker contact Amijag before opening the case, or obtain a written warranty covering waterproofing and timekeeping after resealing.

If your watchmaker cannot perform these services, Amijag can refer you to certified independent laboratories or qualified luxury watchmakers. Referral costs are negotiated directly with the service provider, and Amijag receives no compensation from referrals.

What is NOT Covered?

• Excessive wear and tear
• Intentional or accidental misuse or abuse
• Unauthorized servicing or repairs
• Loss or theft
• Acts of God
• Damage resulting from use beyond the manufacturer's water resistance guidelines

Warranty Conditions

• The watch serial number must remain clearly legible.
• The original case back and serial number must not be altered, removed, replaced, erased, or defaced.

CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY STATE LAW.

Any implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the same one-year duration unless prohibited by law.

State Law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary from state to state.

What Amijag Will Do

If a covered defect is found, Amijag may, at its discretion:

1. Repair the watch using authentic replacement parts.
2. Replace the watch with another of equivalent value and functionality.
3. Refund the original purchase price.

If the watch cannot be repaired within sixty (60) days, you will be notified and may choose to receive a full refund instead. Ownership of the watch will transfer to Amijag upon refund.

If the same watch has been serviced under this warranty multiple times for the same issue, Amijag may offer a full refund of the original purchase price.

Once per watch, Amijag will also perform an Authenticity Verification and provide a written report confirming authenticity and conformity with the corresponding WatchFacts Report.
