14 Day No Obligation Return Policy

To ensure your recipient will love your gifts, orders shipped from Amijag can be returned to Amijag within 14 days free of charge. Our return policy applies to items without engraving and in original condition. Please note the customer pays the return postage.

Non-Refundable Items

Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. Diamonds purchased as part of our Auctions/Estate Liquidations may not be returned for credit. All Amijag engraved rings may be returned for credit; however, engraving fees are non-refundable. The removal of Amijag engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns without a return code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

International Returns

Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to, UPS, USPS and Canada Post). Amijag reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees incurred at the time of package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend sending your return via our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx carrier.

For orders shipped internationally, the 14-day period begins on the date you receive your order.

How to Prepare a Return or Exchange

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Amijag, follow the process below:

Your Return Authorization Code

Individual items of $500 or less, returned for refund, can be set up online. For all other returns call 800-326-4524 to receive a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice and place the sticker on the outside of the return box.

Package Your Return

We recommend using the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item included a diamond certificate and it is not returned, you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write "jewelry", "diamonds", "gold", or "precious metals" anywhere on the outside of the package.

Insure Your Package

If your purchase was $500 or less, convenient returns are available by emailing us for a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label. A $9.00 return label fee per qualified order will be deducted from your refund.

If your purchase was over $500, call us Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM at 800-326-4524 for return authorization and packaging instructions.

For purchases over $25,000, special arrangements are recommended. Please contact an Amijag Diamond and Jewelry Consultant for assistance.

PayPal Returns

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and related costs, are non-refundable. Do not ship returns C.O.D. If any part of your order arrives damaged, contact us before returning the item. Unauthorized shipping expenses will not be reimbursed. Please retain all shipping materials for FedEx inspection if required.

If we request the merchandise be returned, we may reimburse full or partial return shipping costs at our discretion. Overnight, express, or optional services are not reimbursable.

After Your Return is Received by Amijag

Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow one business day for your return to be entered into our system after delivery.

Your return will then be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2–4 business days for inspection. If approved, refunds typically require an additional 2–4 business days.

Credits to Your Charge Card

Credit card, Amijag Credit Card, and PayPal purchases are refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2 weeks after Amijag receives your return for the credit to appear.

International bank wire refunds over $1,000 typically require approximately 3 weeks. Refunds under $1,000 generally require 3–4 weeks.

Sale Price Adjustments

Sale price adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original shipment date unless otherwise specified. Adjustments are issued as store credit.

Cancel or Change an Order

To change or cancel an order, call an Amijag Diamond and Jewelry Consultant at 800-326-4524. We will attempt to accommodate changes before shipment. Special orders and shipped orders cannot be canceled. Once shipped, a return must be processed after delivery.
