FREE LIFETIME MANUFACTURING JEWELRY WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Amijag offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Amijag fine jewelry.

If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us so we may evaluate your piece. A $50 deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item to Amijag for evaluation, which covers the cost of shipping the item and an evaluation by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage is warrantied. This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. We also offer complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs. Repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied to this repair. If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the shipping charge back to the customer after evaluation.

If a warranty issue is found, Amijag will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.

Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Amijag will void the warranty. All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

Examples of Non-Manufacturing Defects

  • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration as part of normal wear.
  • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending due to everyday wear, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
  • Loss of a gemstone caused by everyday wear or accidental damage.

FREE ONE YEAR LIMITED PRE-OWNED WATCH WARRANTY

Duration and Scope of the Limited Warranty

This transferable limited warranty, provided by Amijag, Inc., located at 6222 Richmond Avenue Suite 690, Houston, TX 77057 ("Amijag"), applies to certified pre-owned watches sold on Amijag.com, Amazon, eBay, or other approved marketplaces. The warranty covers watches purchased in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii from Amijag or an authorized reseller. This warranty begins on the purchase date and remains valid for one (1) year.

IMPORTANT: The manufacturer's warranty may not apply to this product. Amijag disclaims any liability under the manufacturer's warranty.

What Is Covered?

The internal movement mechanisms, buttons, crystal, case, crown, and stem are warranted to match the accompanying WatchFacts Report and be free from undisclosed defects not identified in the Appraisal Report, Certified Pre-Owned Report, or Authenticity Report.

Watch Verification or Third-Party Repairs

This warranty becomes void if the watch is opened by an unauthorized watchmaker. If you wish to have your watch independently verified, please do so at your own risk. Opening the case may void waterproof protection if not properly resealed. We recommend asking your watchmaker to contact us before opening the watch or provide a written warranty for waterproofing and timekeeping after reassembly.

If your watchmaker cannot provide these services, please contact us. We can recommend qualified independent laboratories or certified luxury watchmakers. Any fees are negotiated directly between you and the watchmaker. Amijag receives no compensation from referrals.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Intentional or accidental misuse or abuse.
  • Unauthorized repairs or servicing.
  • Loss, theft, or Acts of God.
  • Water damage beyond the manufacturer's specified water resistance.

Exclusions and Conditions

Consequential and incidental damages, including loss of use, are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply.

Coverage requires the watch serial number to remain clearly legible. Any removed, altered, replaced, erased, or defaced serial number or case back voids this warranty.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the one-year duration of this express warranty where permitted by law.

State Law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary from state to state.

What Amijag Will Do

If your watch has a material defect not disclosed in the Appraisal or WatchFacts Report, Amijag may:

  1. Repair the watch using authentic replacement parts.
  2. Replace it with a watch of similar value and functionality.
  3. Refund the original purchase price.

If your watch cannot be repaired within sixty (60) days, you will be offered the option of a full refund instead of repair.

If the same defect requires repeated warranty service, Amijag may offer a complete refund of the original purchase price. Ownership of the watch transfers to Amijag upon acceptance of the refund.

Each watch is also eligible for one complimentary Authenticity Verification, including a written report confirming authenticity and conformity with the original WatchFacts Report.

Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center using an insured and traceable shipping service.
